Cancellation and Refund Policy

At The Yummy Treats, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and a delightful shopping experience. Please review our refund policy below:

Personalized/Custom Products:

We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds on personalized/custom products. This includes our custom range and all pre-prepared pick n mix packaged goods. These products are made specifically to your requirements and cannot be returned or refunded.

Eligible for Return:

For goods that can be canceled and returned, such as items from our Imported Candy, Snacks, and Soda/Pop range, customers have the right to return unopened items within 14 days from the receipt of your order. To initiate a return, please inform us via email at yummytreatsstore@gmail.com. We will process your reimbursement no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The items were purchased within the last 14 days.

  • The items are in their original packaging.

  • Please note that the following goods cannot be returned: Custom Pick N Mix products made to your specific requirements.

  • Personalized goods. Pre-prepared Pick & Mix products.

  • Goods that have been damaged, deteriorated, or expired.

  • Opened or unsealed items after delivery (due to health protection or hygiene reasons).

  • Items that are not as they were sold (e.g., missing items).

  • Goods that have been mixed with other items after delivery, according to their nature.

  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

  • Only standard priced items may be refunded.


Packaging and Evidence:

In the event of receiving damaged or incorrect items, it is crucial to retain all internal and external packaging. We cannot process a refund without photo evidence of any damage and a physical invoice.

Return Process:

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

We recommend using an insured and tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during the return shipment.

Please note that a refund will only be issued once we have received the returned items.
